Hippie Movie Reviews: Up in Smoke (1978)

Just watched a classic, Cheech and Chong's Up in Smoke.

This is a great movie because it has scene after scene of great marijuana related slapstick comedy.  

It kinda keeps a loose plot going based upon Cheech and Chong first meeting up and playing in a band together.  With the finale being the punk rock battle of the bands at the end.  

Here is a classic from the movie:

"I think we're parked."

"Hey, hey don't take those, man."

"Wha?"

"I almost gave you the wrong shit, man."

So I just thought to update my twitter profile tag this morning a bit... Then I was thinking about the transition from one to the other.....

My recent profile tagline that I have had for a long while now was:

Then this morning I changed it to:

So basically I updated the last part a bit... Kind of my Revolutionary Ethos if you will.  

What I am saying is that I Am a Peaceful Patriot.  I did Take a Stand.  I did Fight The Man (With my Voice and Willpower only, Not Physically).  One dark nite in March I was in the North Country.  After a nite of festivities we were on the way home and were fallen upon.  I battled with my brothers against the drunken attackers.  I was blooded in combat.  The fight was broken up quickly.  Then after all was over, the Man (Peace Officers) arrived and decided after 3 seconds to attack me with a Taser Gun...  Then when I was on the ground with some Pepper Spray to my face and my brothers it only gets worse from there.  The whole story will come out in time...  You can trust me though when I say "This Aggression Will Not Stand, Man!"

Amerika is Not Free my Brothers...
But the People do hold the Power.

Yeah so October is here and it's time for I&I to put the tie dye dreams on the back burner and concentrate on working hard at the Christmas Wreath Shop for another season!

We have had such a great tie dye year it's hard to stop but we still gotsta pay the bills! How To Tie Dye Dot Net website updated!

Yeah Mon! I&I have been working for a while on the www.howtotiedye.net website and I feel like I finally have it ready to go, only about a year after I made it so not too bad!

So there are two lessons online, one how to make a rasta spiral and the other on how to tie dye a camo peace sign shirt. But the great thing about tie dye is one pattern can be dyed many different ways for great unique results.

Yeah the site has been ranking on the first page of Google searches too!!
